These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DIGITAG MEDIA's Website, located at https://www.digitagmedia.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

Terms & Condtions:

1. Payment made is covered under the "Advertising & Marketing Service Contract".

2. There is a No Refund Policy in paid advertisement & marketing, and the EMI will not stop before the contract's end date.

3. The plan will not be stopped before the plan period ends, and all plans have a minimum duration of one year.

4. Cheque/Transfer shall be made in favour of "DIGITAG MEDIA", payable at Gandhinagar.

5. Any final decision regarding changes to the plan will be made solely by DIGITAG MEDIA.

6. The responsibility for activating all profiles and providing required access will remain with the client.

7. Monthly reports will be provided only once a month.

8. Upon signing this contract, it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to abide by all Terms & Conditions mentioned.

9. The client must provide Google Business Profile access to DIGITAG MEDIA for smooth work execution.

10. The Google profile number may take time to go live. The client must provide all required documents requested by Google for verification.

11. After post designing, if the client does not request corrections on the same day, the team will upload the post the next day without further changes.

12. Website changes may take up to 1 month to complete. Only one round of changes per month is allowed, and changes will be provided for the first 3 months. After that, additional charges will apply.
